The location is fantastic, just a short walk to major attractions like the blue mosque and hagia sophia. We loved enjoying tea and local sweets every day. The rooftop terrace view was amazing.

Positive, The rooftop terrace breakfast has amazing views of the area, and the Turkish breakfast options are varied and delicious. The room was clean with a lovely private hammam, with a touch of luxury after a day of sightseeing. Staff were helpful and even surprised me for my birthday 😊

Good location, sea view from the terrace. Nearby tram stop (7 minutes). Many cafes and restaurants.
No elevator. Breakfast could have been better.

Some room sizes, particularly in the annex building, felt cramped like a matchbox, leading to discomfort during stays. I encountered excessive noise from surrounding areas, including late-night foot traffic above the rooms, and the lack of hooks in the hammam for hanging clothes was inconvenient.

We had the Standard Double or Twin Room for 4 nights. The marble mosaic in the room was fine, and the furniture quality. The beds were super soft, perfect for a good night's sleep after exploring. And a private hammam was such a nice touch for relaxation! The daily cleaning kept everything super tidy, which I really appreciated.

All of the staff was respectful and best. The rooms were beautifully decorated and perfect and complete with the turkish old movies, always hot water. The breakfast was amazing with in house cooked meals, and all the food was outstanding.
